Mr. Ashutosh V. Durve is the Founder of Re-Hab Artifact Pvt. Ltd.
Ashutosh has close to 30 years of experience in the civil industry. He has in-depth knowledge of civil construction, which includes structural strengthening, waterproofing and rehabilitation of old/damaged structures. This has allowed him to lead Re-Hab from the front.
Under Ashutosh's leadership, Re-Hab has undertaken several successful projects for eminent entities such as Taj Hotels, Tata Consultancy Services and Lafargeholcim. Re-Hab continues to grow and flourish under his guidance.
Ashutosh has laid emphasis on training. As a result, employees are often given technical education that will help them be on par with the best in the civil domain. The training also helps them tackle the most complicated technical problems encountered at construction sites.
Ashutosh holds a B.E. in Construction from Anjuman-I-Islam’s M. H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering. Later, he completed his Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai. He also is an authorized Charted Engineer on board the Institution of Engineers (India).
Ashutosh is a humanitarian and believer in charitable causes. He has associated his name with several NGOs in Mumbai.

More than 25 years have passed since I founded Re-Hab Artifact Pvt. Ltd. to undertake rehabilitation of civil structures. Since then, numerous projects have been successfully undertaken and completed. I will take you through a brief flashback to share my early experiences in the industry.
After completing my degree in Civil Engineering, I was determined to make a mark in the field of civil contracting. However, I noticed that a majority of civil contractors were unethical and unqualified. Their only intention was to make money as quickly as possible. As a result, civil contractors had a bad reputation, especially in the banking sector.
I got a rude shock back then when my application to open an account with ICICI was rejected because I was in the business of civil contracting. It was then that I decided to steer clear of conventional civil contractors. I was determined to develop Re-Hab as a professional organization that will change the image of civil contractors in the minds of customers..
At Re-hab, we have injected a message at all levels in the organization – "the customer is God and thanks to him, we have food at home".
We constantly focus on the development of all our employees through training to make them capable enough to deliver their best while converting them into the industry’s finest. We also insist on high quality standards for materials used as well as processes followed to deliver the best construction work possible.
